How Our Pricing Works

The Formula

We price projects using a simple structure that adapts to language and service needs.

Estimate = Base Rate × Language Complexity × Service Type ± Volume Discount + Add-ons + Rush (if any).

Quick Examples

Example 1 (Standard): Base €0.12/word × Language 1.2 × Service 1.0 → €0.144/word. With –10% volume discount → ~€0.13/word.

Example 2 (Rush + Add-ons): Base €0.15/word × Language 1.5 × Service 1.2 → €0.27/word; Rush +30% → €0.35/word; Add-on (+€50) if requested.

For per-minute (AV) or per-hour (interpretation/training) work, we use an equivalent base rate for that service and apply the same multipliers.
